Seoul Food & Hotel 2018 provides participating companies with an opportunity to meet with key importers, distributors and industry buyers from retail, catering and the hospitality trade across the whole of Korea, As a nation of ever-evolving tastes and with a variety of developing food trends, Korea is one of Asia’s most important nations for launching new and innovative products for export to the whole continent.

The Seoul Food & Hotel culinary challenge ran for the third successive year, once again expanding on its previous edition in 2016, and now as a WACS endorsed event. The first two Culinary Challenge editions saw a focus on Korean chefs, but for the first time in 2017 the event was also opened for international participation – demonstrating its growing reputation, With Seoul Food and Hotel, hosting the show’s most successful event in terms of exhibitor numbers, visitor numbers and visitor quality – there is already plenty of interest in registering for 2018, where the growth of Seoul Food and Hotel looks set to continue.
